Let’s become Fiber Friends! Refer a friend, neighbor, or family member to Red River, and both you and your referral will receive a $100 credit on your bills. The more people you refer, the more you can earn, with the potential to receive up to $600 in bill credits each year.

The referring customer will get a $100 credit for each eligible referral, and referrals will each receive a $100 bill credit. The Referral Program is limited to 6 referral credits in a calendar year (maximum annual credit of $600).

Yes. You need to be a current customer in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) with Red River Communications at the time of referral and when the referral is ready to post to your account. The referral is invalid if received after the prospective customer has placed an order with Red River Communications and is awaiting installation. The new referred customer must be installed, maintain active service for at least 60 days, and be in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) when the credit is posted to the referring customer’s account.

No. Any unused credits shall expire upon cancellation of service for any reason and cannot be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash or refund.

Credit will be applied to the referring customer’s account after the referral customer’s service is installed with service, maintains active service for 60-days, and is in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) after 60-days. Credit shall apply to future Red River services and cannot be used for past due balances.

A Red River Communications sales or customer experience representative will contact your referral at the phone number, email or physical address you provide.

You will need to call 701-553-8309 to verify both you and your referrals eligibility of the credit.

Terms and Conditions: The Fiber Friends – Refer-A-Friend offer is only available to new residential customers, adding internet and/or phone service(s) in Red River Communications serviceable areas. Referral must be for residential services only. Business services do not qualify. This referral credit has no cash value and will not be refunded. If the referring customer cancels their account, all remaining referral credits are forfeited. The new, referred customer will still receive the credit. To receive the referral credit, you must keep your account payment status current. Red River Communications employees are not eligible for the referral program. Limit of six (6) referrals ($600 in account credits) per calendar year. Credit will be posted to both the existing customer’s account and the referral account after 60 days from the activation of the new referred account. Other restrictions apply.
