Refer a Friend Program


Referring is easy! With Red River’s Fiber Friends – Refer a Friend Program, you could receive a $100 credit on your bill for every friend you connect to Red River fiber internet. We’ll credit your account if your friend becomes a Red River customer.

The more people you refer, the more you can earn – up to $600 in bill credits annually.

The referring customer will get a $100 credit for each eligible referral, and referrals will each receive a $100 bill credit. The Referral Program is limited to 6 referral credits in a calendar year (maximum annual credit of $600).

A referral credit offer is available to current Red River Communication customers. Customers must complete the online referral form to be eligible for the credit. The referral must reside at a Red River Communications serviceable address, not currently subscribe to any Red River services, and cannot reside in any address with a bulk billing arrangement. Any new customers you refer must sign up for Red River service within 30 days of the referral submission.

Former customers whose service has been disconnected for less than 90 days or with outstanding back balances will not qualify for the referral credit. The referring or referred customer cannot be a Red River Communications employee or a member of the cooperative’s board of directors.

Yes. You need to be a current customer in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) with Red River Communications at the time of referral and when the referral is ready to post to your account. The referral is not valid if received after the prospective customer has placed an order with Red River Communications and is awaiting installation. The new referred customer must be installed, maintain active service for at least 60 days, and be in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) at the time the credit is posted to the referring customer’s account.

No. Any unused credits shall expire upon cancellation of service for any reason and cannot be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash or refund.

Credit will be applied to the referring customer’s account after the referral customer’s service is installed with service, maintains active service for 60-days, and is in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) after 60-days. Credit shall apply to future Red River services and cannot be used for past due balances.

A Red River Communications sales or customer experience representative will contact your referral at the phone number, email or physical address you provide.

After the referral is submitted, we will respond to you via email letting you know the status of the referral. If you would like to inquire about the status of your credit, you will need to call 701-553-8309.
