It’s easy! Simply fill out the referral form with you and your friend’s information and submit. Once your friend becomes a Red River customer and fulfills the requirements of the referral program, we will automatically credit your account $100 and their account $100!

Fiber Friends Referral Program – FAQ

The referring customer will get a $100 credit for each eligible referral, and referrals will each receive a $100 bill credit. The Referral Program is limited to 6 referral credits in a calendar year (maximum annual credit of $600).

Submit Referral

A referral credit offer is available to current Red River Communication customers. Customers must complete the online referral form to be eligible for the credit. The referral must reside at a Red River Communications serviceable address, not currently subscribe to any Red River services, and cannot reside in any address with a bulk billing arrangement. Any new customers you refer must sign up for Red River service within 30 days of the referral submission.

Former customers whose service has been disconnected for less than 90 days or with outstanding back balances will not qualify for the referral credit. The referring or referred customer cannot be a Red River Communications employee or a member of the cooperative’s board of directors.

Submit Referral

Yes. You need to be a current customer in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) with Red River Communications at the time of referral and when the referral is ready to post to your account. The referral is not valid if received after the prospective customer has placed an order with Red River Communications and is awaiting installation. The new referred customer must be installed, maintain active service for at least 60 days, and be in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) at the time the credit is posted to the referring customer’s account.

Submit Referral

No. Any unused credits shall expire upon cancellation of service for any reason and cannot be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash or refund.

Credit will be applied to the referring customer’s account after the referral customer’s service is installed with service, maintains active service for 60-days, and is in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) after 60-days. Credit shall apply to future Red River services and cannot be used for past due balances.

A Red River Communications sales or customer experience representative will contact your referral at the phone number, email or physical address you provide.

After the referral is submitted, we will respond to you via email letting you know the status of the referral. If you would like to inquire about the status of your credit, you will need to call 701-553-8309.

Terms and Conditions:

The Fiber Friends – Refer-A-Friend offer is only available to new residential customers, adding internet and/or phone service(s) in Red River Communications serviceable areas. Referral must be for residential services only. Business services do not qualify. This referral credit has no cash value and will not be refunded. If the referring customer cancels their account, all remaining referral credits are forfeited. The new, referred customer will still receive the credit. To receive the referral credit, you must keep your account payment status current. Red River Communications employees are not eligible for the referral program. Limit of six (6) referrals ($600 in account credits) per calendar year. Credit will be posted to both the existing customer’s account and the referral account after 60 days from the activation of the new referred account. Other restrictions apply.
