Red River Communications Seeking Office Cleaning Services
Red River Communications is accepting proposals from qualified individuals, independent contractors, and commercial cleaning companies to provide recurring office cleaning services at our headquarters in Abercrombie, North Dakota.
We are looking for a dependable cleaning partner who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace for our employees and visitors.
Opportunity Details
- Location: Abercrombie, ND
- Facility: Two-story office building (approximately 20,000 square feet)
- Schedule: Two cleanings per week
- Estimated Time: Approximately 6–10 hours per week
- Cleaning Hours: Flexible, with work completed during early mornings, evenings, or weekends to avoid disrupting business operations.
Scope of Services
The selected individual or company will provide routine janitorial services, including:
- Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Emptying trash and recycling
- Dusting offices and common areas
- Cleaning breakrooms and kitchen areas
- Sanitizing high-touch surfaces
- Cleaning interior glass and entry doors
- Restocking restroom supplies
- General cleaning to maintain a professional office environment
Previous commercial office cleaning experience is preferred. We are seeking someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
