Grant Support

Help us bring fiber internet to Rural Minnesota!
Red River Communications is trying again to secure funding to expand FIBER INTERNET in your area. We are now applying for a Minnesota Border-to-Border Broadband Grant. As part of the application process, we must show the grant committee that your address lacks high-speed internet.
How can you help?
#1: RUN A SPEED TEST AT YOUR HOME or BUSINESS
For the speed test to gather accurate information, you must connect to your HOME INTERNET CONNECTION – NOT your cellular carrier’s connection or a public WIFI connection.
#2: Pre-Register for Services
Another part of the grant process is that we must show the grant committee we have residents committed to taking the new fiber service when it becomes available. Please complete the Online Form (via the button below) to let us know you are interested in signing up for services if we are awarded this grant to build your community.
