We are currently scheduling upgrades in the Abercrombie, Barnesville, Colfax, Kent, and Rollag exchanges.
This upgrade will require us to change out the current Digital TV equipment that is in your home. This upgrade will be done at no cost to you. It will take approximately 1-2 hours to complete the upgrade at your home.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this upgrade cost anything? Will my monthly bill go up?
The upgrade is completely free of charge to all Digital TV customers. There will be no increase in programming costs related to the Digital TV upgrade.
Why do we need a Digital TV upgrade? What does that mean?
The current Digital TV equipment that we use is in the process of being phased out due to its age. That means your equipment including your set top boxes and remote controls must be upgraded in order to continue receiving Digital TV. There is no cost for this upgrade.
How long will the upgrade take? Do I need to be home?
The upgrade will take between 1-2 hours for most Digital TV subscribers. A legal adult will need to be at home during the upgrade process.
What happens to my DVR recordings?
DVR recordings cannot be transferred to your new Digital TV equipment. It’s a good idea to watch any programming you might have saved before your equipment is upgraded. Your new Cloud DVR service will have roughly the same storage as your current DVR. We now offer a larger size if you run out of space or a smaller size for a lower monthly cost if you want to give DVR service a try!
Will the channel numbers be different?
We are eliminating different channels for SD and HD feeds. That means, for example, channel 11 will be the HD feed of NBC. You will no longer need to change to a different channel to receive the HD feed. We’ve included a channel lineup with the most up-to-date channel numbers.
Will my remote control be different?
The new Digital TV equipment utilizes two different remotes (shown below). One remote is very similar to the remote found on your current Digital TV equipment. The second remote features large illuminated buttons and is very easy-to-use. The technician who upgrades your service will provide you with an option of which remote you prefer.

The Restart TV functionality allows you to jump back to the beginning of most programs even if it has already started.
