Some Digital TV subscribers who stream our service on Roku have reported that DVR playback does not work or has no audio. This is related to setting on the Roku.
From the home screen of your Roku, scroll down to the Settings option. Scroll right and select the Audio option.
Scroll right and select HDMI.
Select the Dolby Digital setting on the right column.
Press the home button on the remote to exit back to main page.
