- Enter your account number, last name, & email address
- Go to “My Profile” and turn “Printed Bill Status” to “Off”

Life is busy, and it can feel overwhelming when managing your monthly bills. With Auto Pay, you will experience the convenience of securely automating your monthly bill with just a couple of quick steps.
Sign-Up Yourself
Visit redrivercomm.com/smarthub
Set up through online bill pay:
- Log in to My Account.
- Click “Billing & Payments” in the menu bar.
- Click “Auto Pay Program” on the left side of the screen.
- Click “Sign Up for Auto Pay” on the bottom right.
- Enter credit/debit card or checking account information.
Set up through Smart Hub App
- Login to account.
- Tap “Bill & Pay” and then “Auto Pay”.
- Select account and then you can use existing information. Select & Confirm Auto Pay or Select New Payment Method and enter information.
