We know you’re eager to get connected. We appreciate your patience while our construction crews worked in your area to build our fiber optic network. The next step is for our technicians to install equipment in your home to access your new fiber connection.
The equipment, called an optical network terminal or ONT, converts the fiber optic connection to a signal usable by your devices. The ONT is about the size of a DVD player and is usually mounted in your home’s mechanical room.
Keeping everyone safe and healthy is our top priority. Our team is taking steps to protect our employees and customers during the pandemic, including asking screening questions and wearing masks anytime we are inside your home. We do require that a legal adult is present during installation. There is NO CHARGE for this appointment.
