How It Works
As long as you have local phone service, you can add FiberFAST internet, Digital TV, or cellular to start saving. Really – it’s that easy. You’ll save on the base price of each service you have in addition to your local phone service. That means the more services you have with Red River Communications, the more you can save.
Enrollment in the Customer Loyalty Program requires Autopay and Paperless billing, which our member support specialists can help you setup.
Bob has local phone service and our Premier Digital TV ($82.95) package.
Because he has one service plus his local phone, Bob would save 3% or $2.49 on his TV service.
Bob has local phone service and our Premier Digital TV ($82.95) package, FiberFAST Internet ($69.95).
Because he has two services plus his local phone, Bob would save 7%. That means he’ll save $5.80 on TV and $4.90 on internet.

How do I enroll?
An authorized member on the account should contact us either via phone (701-553-8309) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Our member support specialists will verify your account details, ensure you have paperless billing and autopay setup, and get you enrolled for the next billing cycle.
You will remain enrolled in the Customer Loyalty Program as long as you do not make any changes to your account, such as changing or dropping services.
Who can get the Customer Loyalty Program discount?
Any member of the Cooperative with local phone service and at least one other service (FiberFAST internet, Digital TV, or cellular) is eligible for the customer loyalty program.
I don't have local phone. Can I get the Customer Loyalty Program discount?
The discount requires that you have local phone service with Red River Communications.
Do I need to enroll in paperless billing and autopay?
Yes – you must enroll in paperless billing and autopay through Red River Communications before your discount will be activated. If you unenroll from either paperless billing or autopay, your discount will be stopped.
Autopay is available via checking/savings account or credit/debit card without any added fees.
