Abercrombie, ND – Red River Communications launched its new Customer Loyalty Program today. The new program aims to put members in full control over the communications services they want while simplifying the process.
One major benefit of the program is the elimination of complicated bundles that required extra features that members did not want.
“Over the past year, our members have been asking for us to simplify our bundles. We’re proud to say we took it one step further and completely eliminated bundles altogether,” stated Jennifer Clark, Member Support Specialist.
Instead, the program rewards customers for being loyal and having multiple services with Red River Communications. Customers can save up to 11% off their monthly bill. For instance, a local phone customer with digital TV, internet, and cellular would save nearly 11% on those services.
“This program represents a shift to a more member-friendly approach,” said Dirk Monson, Member Support Manager. “We’re excited that our members will be able to choose the services that they want and receive substantial monthly savings, too.”
The Customer Loyalty Program is open to all qualifying current and new Red River Communications’ members who enroll in autopay and paperless billing.
