Business Meeting: Starts promptly at 7 pm

Elections: Three directors will be elected by voice votes from District 3 (Colfax), District 6 (Mooreton) and District 8 (Fairmount/Hankinson) to serve three-year terms.

During the business meeting, you will hear reports from the CEO, Board President, financial and Common Cents updates, and election results announced.
