How do I set up auto pay for my account?

We offer three convenient ways to establish automatic recurring payments on your account.

1. Online:

This is the easiest method to manage your payment method. Log into your online account. Under “Billing and Payments” menu near the top of the page, select the “Auto Pay Program” from the drop down menu. On the Auto Pay Program screen, select “Sign up for Auto Pay” and follow the prompts to set up your preferred payment method.

2. Over the phone:

Call our payment hotline at 855-386-9905 to get access to your account over the phone. ¬†Once you’ve access your account, you will need to make a minimum of a $5 payment so the system can validate your payment information. Once the payment information has been entered, the attendant will ask if you would like your payment information saved for future use; select yes.

After your payment information has been saved, the attendant will ask if you want this payment method saved as your automatic payment for future payments; select yes. That’s it, your account will now be set up for automatic monthly payments.

All financial transactions are conducted over a secure line. Due to various federal regulations, financial information such as your bank account number or credit card information cannot be taken by a live person in our office. Before calling our auto attendant, you will need your Red River Communications account number and 4 digit PIN number ready. If you do not have this, please call us at 701-553-8309 for further assistance.

3. Postal Mail

If all else fails, you can complete our auto pay form and mail it to us at PO Box 74, Abercrombie, ND 58001 for manual processing.
